The Calopus CRM was born from the requirements of our existing Calopus HE data integration customers. These customers all have different systems deployed within their intitutions, but similar requirements for tracking interactions with their students, staff and partners.
The Calopus HE CRM solution has therefore been designed with a middleware approach. The built-in data integration features allow golden source information on customers, internal staff and external contacts to be gathered from your existing University systems. The Calopus HE CRM then allows any person or company to be classified and profiled so that they can be included in events, marketing campaigns, conferences and open days.
Calopus can also be configured to identify key data changes within your existing business processes and ensure that the CRM records the details of that activity against the students involved. This can significantly enhance the overall effectiveness of your student support team as they have, in one place, the complete log of communications, processing events and notes for a student, including any supporting documentation.
The powerful and user configurable profiling features provided allow you to quickly enhance the information that you record in your HE CRM database. Those profiles can then be used to target events, product materials, competitions, surveys and marketing campaigns at the right people. New categories of profiling information can be quickly added.
You can define any number of relationship types between both organisations and people to ensure that your university business development team has all the relevant information about a contact and their relationship to you. Key Account managers can also secure communications with important or sensitive contacts.
Events of any size can be defined and managed. Calopus CRM will support small corporate meetings and hospitality events as well as full scale open days, exhibitions and conferences. All people involved in events management features are also automatically included in the CRM database.
The Calopus CRM has powerful bulk communication features that allow bulk correspondence by Email and SMS to any CRM population selection or event delegate list. These features are completely user driven.
As well as a powerful back office for event design and management, Calopus also provides the ability to configure on-line booking features, web payments and profile data capture screens. Look and feel can be completely tailored to your requirements using our drag and drop configuration tools that allow you to easily merge booking features into your University's branding.
