Calopus HE Portal

The Calopus HE Portal provides you with a fully branded internet and intranet web application within which you can reach out to your prospective, current and previous students, offering them a selection of events, course materials, products and open days that are specifically targetted to their profile information.

The portal interacts with the Calopus HE CRM to record choices and profiling information which can then be used to select relevant information to user. For example, a user making an online booking for a Physiotherapy post graduate open day will be shown downloadable course handbooks for the Physiotherapy courses you offer along with a post-graduate propsectus.

All types of events can be booked online using the inbuilt HE Events Management module, from full Univerisity open days to top table dinners, business development functions and other corporate events.

The portal is also underpinned up by a full product inventory and eCommerce engine, allowing both free and revenue attracting products to be ordered, processed and despatched by your admin teams.
