Calopus HE ID Management allows you to group your students, staff and external partners into service groups that can provide access to control online services and your restricted site locations.
Service groups are assigned profiles that allow you to automatically vary group membership by status, organisation level, academic product and geographic location. You population of students, staff and external partners are scanned frequently for their profile informtation in the Calopus CRM repository and will switch group membership instantly as soon as any change is detected.
All base data is seamlessly integrated using the Calopus HE Hybrid data Integration layer and this powerful tool also facilities direct updates to your door access and LDAP directory services.
The ability to assign academic products to your service groups allows course specific access to labs and online materials.
